How can I refer patients?

You can refer using our online referral form, or by providing a request on letter-headed paper or from a professional email address.

When will I receive the report for my patient?

This is dependent on the package that the patient pays for.

If the patient is NHS funded, we have a turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks.

How will I receive patient reports?

We send all of our patient reports using our secure PAC’s system. If you require the report in another format, please call one of our friendly team who will be happy to help.

Who writes the report?

We have a team of radiologists, with various specialties, who report on all of our MRI scans.

If your patient chooses the Gold package, which includes ‘Double-reading’, the results will be examined by 2 consultant radiologists, who will compile 2 individual reports with their findings.

What other services do you offer?

We offer X-Ray, DEXA & Ultrasound imaging services. You can refer your patients using the referral from available online.

How quickly can you see my patient?

All of our appointments for self-pay and health-insured patients can be offered on a same-day basis, subject to availability. All patients are offered the chance to book an appointment on a time and date that is most suitable for them.

All of our NHS patients will be booked upon receiving an NHS referral, subject to funding approval. We aim to scan all NHS patients as quickly as possible, subject to availability. Please note that we cannot offer same-day appointments for NHS patients, due to the referral process. If your patient requires an urgent MRI scan funded by the NHS, please give our friendly team a call, and we can try to accommodate your request.

Can I book the patient in with you directly?

You are welcome to arrange an appointment for your patient, as long as we receive proof of funding, whether that is NHS, Health Insured or Self-Pay.

Please contact us and our friendly team will endeavour to accommodate your request.
